RETURN POLICY
Our online store accepts returns and refunds unworn and undamaged products.Please e-mail cerenakcar@hotmail.com. With your order number and send the pieces with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to our flagship Store. The package must reach our store within 14 days. This timeout starts from the date the package was delivered to you. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Make sure the merchandise you return is not used, worn, washed or damaged; tags are attached and in its original Packaging. Otherwise, the package will be sent back to you with no expense.
